Todd Donaldson has served at New Life Bible Camp with his wife, Kim, for 29 years.  For the past 27 years he has been the Camp Director.  Todd has devoted his life to helping campers, families, churches, and staff experience the transforming truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in an outdoor setting.  He enjoys being surrounded by trees, watching soccer, and—perhaps most of all—hearing kids giggle with glee as they enjoy God’s creation. He is grateful for the privilege of serving the Lord through New Life Bible Camp and seeing God's word impact lives for His glory.

Matt Gardner is the NextGen & Executive Pastor at The Church at Severn Run (Severn, MD). He and his wife, Emily, have four boys and have been loving life and ministry in Maryland for the past seven years and previously led student ministries in Tennessee and Florida. Matt loves trying new food, traveling to cool places, cheering for the Chicago Bears, watching movies, and connecting with people. 

Jess has spent the last 23 years serving in collegiate ministry. She grew up north of Baltimore, attending Long Green Baptist Church, and then went to college at University of Maryland, College Park, where she was actively involved with Navigators Christian Fellowship and Baptist Collegiate Ministries. Upon graduating, she committed to a one year internship with the Naval Academy BCM, where she worked mostly at Anne Arundel Community College. That one year turned into four years, and then in 2007 she was asked to "hold down the fort" for two years back at my alma mater UMD while the BCM/D made some changes in collegiate ministry. Short story is, she just never left 😀 "So I just started my 20th year there as the Baptist Chaplain and Director of Baptist Collegiate Ministries. Also, in 2023 the BCM/D asked me to step into the role of State Director for Collegiate Ministries, so I have also been serving in that role since. I have been married for 17 years to my husband Andy, who works as a mechanic and just started a pool company. We live in Crofton with our three crazy labs, Mattock, Bear, and Bandit." 

Josh Zello has dedicated over 15 years to serving Jesus through early childhood education and ministry. He has served in churches ranging from 250 to 17,000 people and is passionate about creating gospel-centered, developmentally appropriate environments where preschoolers can know and experience Jesus' love. Josh contributes to KidzMatter Magazine, speaks at the national KidzMatter Conference, and founded Jesus Loves Preschoolers, where he equips preschool ministry leaders through practical resources, training, and coaching. Josh has been married to his best friend, Hannah, for eight years and they have two children.

Marty has been attending MCC since he and his wife moved here in 2018. He came on staff in 2022 and works with the families, children and youth.

His background in ministry includes everything from full-time camp ministry, private education, teaching music, directing local children's community theater and building website.
